Google PageRank Update? Backlinks are Climbing!
Justin pointed this out to me earlier today and it’s seemingly true on a few domains we’ve been checking and messing with… Is this the start of the quarterly PageRank update?
Boogers… No news really hitting the other sites on this. Chalk it up to a false alarm?

how many backlinks we must have for PR 1?my site has been launched since april 2007, and as i see on my google webmaster account, it has 253 external link for my domain, but it’s still PR 0
I’m waiting on the edge of my seat for the new PRs. I’m helping out on a site that was launched over the summer and have managed to get a few 6+ PR backlinks to it, plus a bunch of links in boards and blogs.
Does a new PR update immediately affect the organic rankings?
So when is the next pr update? We have been waiting for 3 months now.
